Many years ago, my goal and dream was to move to the Caribbean to enjoy the warmth, the social lifestyle and the beauty of a tropical island. I made it happen, and found The Bahamas. I have loved every moment since. Now my passion is helping other people discover The Bahamas as well.

Guana Cay in Abaco has been my home for 12 years and know the Abacos well. I have been working as a real estate professional for more than 8 years, starting with property management and moving to marketing, video and photos for real estate. I have helped numerous second home owners and realtors with photos/video/drone and home owners with websites for rental income on Guana, in Hope Town, Man-O-War and Great Abaco. Currently I'm living on Sal Salvador island in The Bahamas, but I travel back and forth between Nassau, Abaco and San Salvador to serve my clients.

I have created a dedicated YouTube Channel called "Bahamas Life for Newbies", focusing on the benefits of living in The Bahamas. I also have another YouTube Channel called "Bahamas Real Estate" with Unni Berg, and that channel focuses more on Real Estate in The Bahamas.
